2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Leverage Live Local specializes in property tax exemption preparation and compliance under the Florida Live Local Act (FL Statute 196.1978), including MMM certification, income verification, market studies, county filing, and annual recertification.

3. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
